What is the booking process?

What is the deposit requirement?

A non-refundable deposit (typically $500 or 30% of the total cost) is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 45 days before your travel date.

What’s your cancellation and refund policy?

Our general policy is:

• 60+ days before departure: 90% refund

• 30–59 days: 50% refund

• 15–29 days: 25% refund

• Less than 15 days: Non-refundable

Custom experiences and promotional packages may have different policies.

We strive to offer flexible date changes or credits when possible.

Can I change my travel dates after booking?

Yes, date changes can be requested at least 30 days before your scheduled trip. We will do our best to accommodate your new dates, subject to availability and any price differences.
